Getting Here
Bridger is committed to enhancing sustainability efforts and giving back to the community, contracting with local bus companies to offer a FREE bus service to and from the mountain during the winter operational season to reduce traffic and environmental impact.
Bridger Bowl is located just north of Bozeman in the Bridger Mountain Range, about 16 miles from downtown and roughly 30 minutes from town depending on road conditions.
Looking to save gas? Carpooling is highly encouraged and parking is free at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds Park N Ride lot at the Tamarack Street and Black Street entrance.
Riding the Bus
When riding the bus please follow these rules:
Skis and snowboards should be stowed in the exterior racks.
If ski racks are unavailable, equipment needs to be in physical control at all times.
Be respectful of those in line while waiting to board buses.
No alcohol or smoking on buses.
Use headphones to listen to music.

Bus Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations Bozeman
- MSU: The Bridger Bowl Shuttle picks up along the roundabout in front of the SUB.
- Fairgrounds: Enter the fairgrounds at the intersection of Tamarack and Black or from Oak Street. The new Bridger Bowl Park N Ride location is midway through the fairgrounds, across from the Gallatin County Extension Office and next to the ballfield entrance.
Disabled skiers/ riders can fill out a request form if interested in taking the Bridger Bowl Accessibility Shuttle on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. If unable to complete, please call our transportation supervisor at (406) 556-5732.

Parking
Bridger Bowl offers free parking to guests on a first come first serve basis. Parking lot shuttles will run on weekends and holidays during the winter operating season.
When using the parking lot:
- Follow the directions of Bridger Bowl staff members
- Respect all parking and traffic signs
- Observe one-way traffic
- No passing equipment or other vehicles, give equipment at least 100ft of clearance
- Lot A is reserved to those with 3 or more occupants per vehicle, ski school youth program participants and skiers with a disability
- Prior authorization required for overnight camping and trailer parking

Camping & Trailers
Parking trailers and camping is not allowed in the Bridger Bowl parking lot unless prior authorization is obtained. Please contact our transportation department for possible permission.
Overnight camping is prohibited May through November.
